Dr. Pam Hilpert, Radiologist    
             
 

Pam Hilpert, M.D., Ph.D. is an academically trained Board Certified Radiologist with many publications. Also to her credit are national, international and community lectures, book chapters and a text book in her CV. She was fellowship trained in ultrasound, CT, MRI as well as interventional procedures at UCSD Medical Center. Dr. Hilpert is also a founding member of Pacific Advanced Radiology Medical Group.

After many years in an academic practice at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and Pennsylvania Hospital, Dr. Hilpert returned to California as a staff radiologist at Little Company of Mary Hospital from 1994-2002. She was instrumental in developing a women's imaging program, in particular an integrated breast cancer diagnosis and treatment program. This program involved breast imaging services, surgery, oncology, physical therapy and psychological and social services. Dr. Hilpert designed and managed the Women's Wellness Center, a multi-modality imaging center at the Beach Cities Health District Campus.

Since 2002, Dr. Hilpert has been working at Encino Diagnostic Imaging Center, continuing to build a breast diagnostic program, including mammography, ultrasound and MRI. She also interprets CT, MRI, ultrasound, plain films, fluoroscopy, and arthrography and performs minor interventional procedures
